1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise the device on subsequent visits, store preferences, and keep you signed in. Piplead also uses a small number of similar technologies (localStorage, session tokens) for the same purposes.
2. The categories we use
We classify cookies into three categories:
- Essential — required to deliver the Service (sign-in, security, your cookie choice). Cannot be turned off while using the workspace.
- Functional — remember your preferences (theme, UI state). Set only after consent.
- Analytics — none today. If we add a privacy- respecting analytics tool in future, we will name it here and load it only after consent.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-media tracking. We do not sell or share data collected via cookies.
4. Your control
On your first visit you will see a banner asking you to choose between Accept all and Essential only. You can change this at any time by clearing the piplead.cookies entry in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's privacy settings; doing so may affect the workspace sign-in.
5. Changes
We will update this page if we add, change, or remove a cookie. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent change.
